WHY WE EXIST
Long before software. and phones. Sales happened face to face. A handshake, a conversation. A person taking the measure of another person, and deciding to trust them.
That's still how it works. The handshake is irreplaceable on purpose. Every other channel is automating itself out of recognition. Emails write themselves, outreach repeats itself, conversation has collapsed into content. The signal has become the noise. Trust is the last thing technology hasn't reproduced.
Field sales is what's left and the only real signal. Where someone still walks in. Listens. Earns the right to come back. Where the work is the relationship, and the relationship is the work.
We didn't build Leadbeam to replace this. We built it so it can keep happening and humans continue to do what they are best at - building connections one at a time. .
