HubSpot Integration Guide

Before integrating Leadbeam with HubSpot, ensure you have Super Admin rights or the ability to download apps from the HubSpot App Marketplace. Additionally, verify that you are using the same email address to sign in to both Leadbeam and HubSpot.

Note: These elevated permissions are only required temporarily for the initial integration. Once the setup is complete, your admin can revoke these rights.

Steps to Integrate Leadbeam with HubSpot

1. Download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

2. Create a Profile using your work email.

  • When creating an account, make sure your password is 8+ characters with a special character, letter and number. You can leave the referral code blank.
  • Click Agree to Terms & Conditions

3. An instructions page pops up. You can click next.

  1. Click HubSpot and schedule onboarding. Gabe will be notified of your request for approval to integrate with HubSpot.
  • If your request is not approved and you are taken to Calendly, go back and click Next to navigate to a blank page.
  • Click Settings at the bottom right.
  • Then, click Connect to CRM.

Once approved, you'll be redirected to a Connect to HubSpot Screen instead of a Calendly link.

5. Click Choose Existing Account and sign in to your HubSpot instance. Depending on your security settings, you may be prompted to complete multi-factor authentication. Wait for the confirmation pop-up to appear in your browser. Once it does, you will receive a notification confirming the successful HubSpot integration.

Once you are fully onboarded click the settings toggle on the bottom right and make sure Sync With is HubSpot and Create a Profile on the top right.

Salesforce Integration Guide

Before users integrate Leadbeam with Salesforce, a System Administrator must create an app in Salesforce with the Leadbeam team. Once this is completed, this article will show you how a user can set up their account.

Steps to Integrate Leadbeam with Salesforce

  1. Click Salesforce and schedule onboarding. Gabe will be notified of your request for approval to integrate with Salesforce.
  • If your request is not approved and you are taken to Calendly, go back and click Next to navigate to a blank page.
  • Click Settings at the bottom right.
  • Create Profile and fill in the information.
  1. Go to your default browser and sign into your Salesforce Account then go back into the Leadbeam App.
  2. Then, click Connect to CRM.

Once approved, you'll be redirected to a Connect to Salesforce Screen instead of a Calendly link.

  1. Sign in to your Salesforce instance. Depending on your security settings, you may be prompted to complete multi-factor authentication. 
    1. You’ll likely get prompted to the Salesforce Authenticator App. If pressing approve doesn’t automatically prompt your browser to go to the next screen. You’ll need to copy the authenticator code, press having trouble within your browser, and paste the code.
  2. Wait for the confirmation pop-up to appear in your browser that says “Open this page in “Leadbeam”. Once it does, you will be redirected to the Leadbeam app and a notification will pop up that confirms the successful Salesforce integration.
    1. If it shows integration failed, you can press try again. 
    2. If it just says processing, click anywhere within the Leadbeam App and press Connect a CRM to start again. You need to wait in the browser before being redirected to the Leadbeam
