Regional Sales Leader – South Europe

What you will do
- Lead and develop a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets aligned with country and EMEA priorities
- Build and maintain a robust regional sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and long-term growth plans
- Drive team performance by setting clear objectives, monitoring results, and implementing corrective actions based on sales metrics (revenue, activity, conversion rates)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end order-to-cash process and enhance customer experience
- Establish and expand strategic relationships with key healthcare systems, accounts, and stakeholders across the region
- Provide insights and performance feedback to senior leadership to inform regional strategy and decision-making
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders, typically exceeding six months in duration
- Contribute to regional business planning, market development, and therapy adoption initiatives to expand market presence
What you will need
Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or commercial leadership role with direct team management responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial and clinical experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets through individual and team performance
- Experience leading complex sales cycles within healthcare or similarly regulated environments
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English and proficient in at least one additional language relevant to South Europe
Preferred
- Experience in the medical devices sector or hospital/theatre-based environments
- Experience contributing to regional or multi-market commercial strategies beyond a single territory
Additional Information
- Location: South Europe region (candidate must be based within the region)
- Travel: Approximately 50–70% travel required across customer sites and regional or EMEA meetings
- Work arrangement: Field-based leadership role with regional scope
Italy Pay Ranges:
- Italy: €58.100 - €96.800 EUR Annual
Spain Pay Ranges:
- Spain: €62.000 - €103.200 EUR Annual
