Essential Functions

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, cold calling, customer presentations, proposal and quotation development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive business development and territory management.
  • Utilize CRM systems, sales tools, and available resources to effectively plan activities, manage opportunities, and maximize territory performance.
  • Collaborate with experienced customer service and technical support teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their operational challenges and recommending appropriate repair solutions.

Experience, Education and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or a two-year technical degree, preferred.
  • 1+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably selling repair services. Experience with electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servo motors, drives, or mechanical component repair is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel overnight as business needs require.
  • This position requires frequent driving for customer visits, standing and walking in industrial environments, and occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
