What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to capture new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct full-cycle prospecting: cold calls, lead qualification, and sales presentations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored hose and fitting solutions.
  • Manage a sales territory of customers and prospects, ensuring excellent service and achieving gross profit targets.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to plan, prioritize, and manage your territory efficiently.

Experience, Education and Skills

  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years in business development or sales—hose, hydraulic, or construction industry experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong knowledge of hose and fittings products, applications, and industry practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; dynamic presentation ability.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build credibility and professional relationships.
  • Collaborative problem solver who can work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and enthusiasm.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the sales territory, some overnight travel may be required.
