We would like to offer you the position of Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will report to Sales Manager and will support the sales team within an assigned territory with product sales, market development, equipment installations, training, troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in-service. For this role, you are expected to be based in Antalya, Türkiye.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
- Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development), Operations and Marketing
- Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare technologies, or related sectors, promoting particularly Surgical Innovation lines
- Strong background in regional management and customer development as well as the ability to build strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and hospital management
- Ability to create growth plans by analysing market opportunities
- Ability to learn and effectively position the Surgical Innovations product portfolio
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn clinical procedures to provide in-case support where needed
- Ability to communicate with physicians at a scientific and technical level
- Customer and Relationship Management
- Excellent English communication skills (B1+)
- Adaptable to change and open to learning
- Ability to travel by weekly
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
